Coping at Christmas

If you are in crisis and need help now, please call 999 or 112.  Our group is focused on providing person-to-person support, but please understand that we do not have the resources to offer a counselling service or handle crisis interventions. If you or someone you know is struggling over the festive period with their mental health then please reach out, we highly recommend contacting these amazing organizations for support and advice.
